| JOANNA R. BRUNO |
|
Joanna R. Bruno has more than 35 years of lending experience; she promotes the
creation of private-public partnerships that stimulate business expansion and job
creation. She founded J. R. Bruno & Associates in 1995 and now helps lenders take
advantage of small business lending opportunities by providing hands-on technical,
business development, underwriting, loan processing, training, and sales and marketing
programs. Joanna is often asked to speak at NAFCU, CUNA, and CUES Conferences, and at
Credit Union Leagues.

| BRAD CROSLEY |
|
Brad Crosley has worked with lenders for more than 30 years. He has extensive SBA and
commercial lending management, new business development, SBA staff training, loan
application packaging and processing, and customer service expertise. His expertise
encompasses virtually every aspect of commercial lending.

| RYAN COUGHLIN |
|
Ryan Coughlin, formally schooled in finance and economics, has spent over 5 years in
commercial banking with specialties in SBA (7a and 504 Loans) and Commercial Real
Estate Lending. Along with his banking experience, Ryan works as a professional
writer. Currently, he writes financial articles, training modules for the Army Medical
Department, as well as creative pieces in multiple forms of media.

Jay Hinton has worked with small businesses and entrepreneurs for more than 7 years.
Originally in the Equities markets and an entrepreneurial consultant, Jay brings
marketing expertise and analytics solutions.

| REBECCA MENDOZA |
|
Rebecca Mendoza, with over 13 years of experience, has a robust understanding of
commercial lending. Her expertise falls into SBA and Construction Lending. Skills
include; loan documentation, processing and packaging, loan closing and funding, SBA
staff training, procedure development, as well as overall loan operations.
Administering the growth of SBA departments in both Northern and Southern California
has instilled a completely rounded set of skills and contacts inside small business
lending.

|
Alicia Moselle has ten years of experience in small business lending with expertise
in SBA finance. She has held various positions with community lenders and banks,
including loan processor, business development officer and lending officer. Her
experience and knowledge give her the skills to address a variety of needs for the
clients of J.R. Bruno & Associates.

|
Linda Officer has more than 25 years of administrative experience. She provides
lenders with systems expertise, database management, direct mail programs, web site
management, and general computer support.

| STACI SHEEHAN |
|
Staci Sheehan has more than 10 years of banking experience with an emphasis on SBA
Loan procedures and management. Her expertise includes; full underwriting & financial
analysis, loan package development and processing, facilitation of customer-lender
communication, along with secondary market loan sales and SBA Liquidation. Staci's
extensive knowledge provides efficiency throughout the life of your loan - whether
you're a business or a lender.

Toot Uchida is a registered principal with NPB Financial Services, LLP,

in providing individuals and business owners financial advisory services. He is duly
licensed and has over 30 years experience providing comprehensive investment,
