Great News for 504 Lenders!
SBA Procedural Notice 5000-856984. effective April 30, 2024, revises some provisions of SOP 50 10 7.1. Importantly, it removes the $16.5 million cap on Energy Public Policy (Green) projects. So forget about this paragraph on page 306 of the SOP:
“The outstanding Gross Debentures issued for a small business concern, including affiliates, for Eligible Energy Public Policy Projects must not exceed $16,500,000 in the aggregate.”
